Food Experience Production

Description:
This programme specialises in the management and creation of experiential services related to food. The aim of the studies is to make students understand what kind of expectations consumers have and how they react to different experiences in food services. The holistic approach and customer perspective in creating new services are strongly emphasized. Studies include practical applications and exercises.
This programme is suitable also for business students who are interested in food services and restaurant.
Prerequisites:
The applicants should be students enrolled at a university or polytechnic or have sufficient practical experience.
Language of Instruction : English

Tuition fee: No tuition fees are charged if the applicant’s home institution has a co-operation agreement with Seinäjoki Business School. In other cases the fees are negotiable.
