International Week and International Conference of Seinäjoki UAS

15 - 19 March 2010

The International Week with the International Conference of Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences will take place in Seinäjoki, Finland 15 to 19 March 2010. Inspired by the European Year 2009, the International Week carries the theme “Creativity and Innovation” with a special emphasis on higher education’s role in regional influencing and working life cooperation.

During the International Week we would like to welcome guest lecturers and other staff members from our partner institutions to staff training or teaching assignments which are scheduled into our regular programmes in all of our faculties from Monday to Wednesday 15–17 March 2010. Some faculties also arrange company visits for their guests.

The International Week also includes an International Conference on 18 to 19 March 2010. The conference takes place in Seinäjoki Hall in the campus area in Seinäjoki, situated on the river Seinäjoki. The venue is close to the city centre, at a short walking distance from the hotels.
