Themes of the International Conference

The whole International Week carries the theme “Creativity and Innovation”. For the International Conference we would like to welcome presentations on creative, innovative and functional solutions and practices in the following areas of higher education development and international cooperation. 1. Current trends in curriculum development
e.g.
- planning competence-based courses and programmes
- recognition of prior learning in an international context
- ECTS and questions concerning credit transfer
- creating and implementing joint and double degrees and joint programmes

2. Integration of Research&Development&Innovation and education
e.g.
- ways of promoting integration of R&D&I and education in higher education institutions
- good practices of integration (e.g. project-based learning)

3. International study counselling
e.g.
- preparing students for international study periods and work placements
- challenges of multicultural teaching groups
- supervision of practical training of international students
