The personal data are used to provide support services.

5. Purpose of maintaining the data file

The data in the register are processed on the basis of a legal obligation, an important public interest under the law (Article 9(2)(g)) and a legitimate interest of the controller or a third party.

The data subject’s own consent when creating the tag.

Data are retrieved from Active Directory user database and from Jelppari helpdesk mailbox. Data received from the data subject during a phone call.

No data are disclosed to third parties.

No data are transferred to non-EU or EEA countries.
