A thousand new students and those who continue their studies have been able to start the new academic year on campus and studies in accordance with the curriculum implementation methods. Health safety has been ensured by the use of masks, reminding of hand hygiene, adequate safety distance and schedules.
The autumn also started with great news for the staff: almost 30 new experts started working at SeAMK in August. SeAMK now employs a total of about 370 people in meaningful tasks.
In honor of the new academic year, we have put together a video greeting led by President Jaakko Hallila and Emma Kivikangas, Chairman of the Student Union SAMO.
