Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences , School of Food and Agriculture, offers a one semester (30 ECTS) non-degree programme for international students. The programme is called From Field to Fork!
Contents of the studies
The non-degree programme offers students professional courses and projects. There are three fields of expertise offered:
• Food Processing and Biotechnology
• Food and Hospitality
The program provides students with wide knowledge of the whole food chain - From Field to Fork.
The study projects within the field of Food and Hospitality focuse on food service processes and food development. The projects within the field of Agriculture cover animal husbandry and health care, crop production and/or agrotechnology and rural enterprise management. Study projects can also be chosen from the field of Food Processing and Biotechnology.
The applicants should be students enrolled at a partner university of the Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences.
