Users logged into the system can create, edit and manage electronic forms. The purpose of personal data use depends on the form (see form-specific file description). The information can be processed in the e-form system or imported into statistical and other programs.

User authentication takes place through LDAP login or in forms using strong authentication through Suomi.fi e-Identification. The user ID, first name, last name and SeAMK email address can be transmitted through LDAP authentication. The information transmitted through Suomi.fi e-Identification depends on the form used (see form-specific file description).

Customer information contained in the data file is not disclosed to parties outside the Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences, unless otherwise stated in the form-specific information.

Access to electronic material is restricted by means of user IDs and passwords.

Data file access rights are determined by the form owner. Program administrators can also access the data. The access rights are specified in the e-form service of the Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences (https://lomake.seamk.fi/), which also maintains the access rights.
