User data file of the SeAMK’s Webropol survey and data collection software.

5. Purpose of maintaining the data file

5b. Information systems using the data file

The system shall not be combined with other registers.

6. Regular sources of data

The HAKA user identification system of higher education institutions. Data concerning the data subject are also regularly obtained from the user’s contact information and from data personally provided by the user.

7. Regular disclosure of data

The data contained by the SeAMK Webropol user data file shall only be disclosed in a situation where the police or some other competent authority demands access to personal data relating to an individual in writing for a purpose laid down in valid legislation.

Microsoft Azure handles voice data in Webropol queries where voice response is enabled. The data is processed by Microsoft Azure Nordic to ensure that the data is stored on servers located in the EU and complies with the requirements of the GDPR.

8. Transfer of data outside the EU or the EEA

No data are transferred to non-EU or EEA countries.

Users log in to the service using their personal HAKA user IDs. Electronic data are processed in an encrypted format over the open internet.

The personal data file created on the server is protected by the administrators’ personal access rights. The protection of the data file and service follows the information security regulations of Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences and measures taken in accordance with the services provided by Webropol Oy, which also serves as a processor.
