How to Apply for Short Programmes?

First contact the International Coordinator/International Office at your home institution and get the permission to apply to this mobility programme.

Fill in in the official ECTS Application and Learning Agreement forms (attached below) and return them with the needed signatures and attachments to the School of Business and Culture of Seinäjoki University of Applied Sciences:

Spring semester 2014:
During the spring semester you have two options for the study period:

8 January 2014 – 23 May 2014 or 3 March 2014 – 6 June 2014
Independent study periods (no classroom teaching):
Week 42/2013 (14 to 18 October 2013)
Week 9/2014 ( 24 February to 2 March 2014)

15th of May for autumn semester, 15th of November for spring semester
Gateway Academic Calendar 2014 - 2015

Autumn semester 2014:
4 September 2014 - 18 December 2014 

Other dates when tuition is not provided:
17.4. to 21.4. 2014 (Easter Holiday 
6.12.2014 (Finnish Independence Day)

After you have received the letter of acceptance, you can apply for housing by filling in the on-line housing application form on: Kiinteistö Oy Marttilan kortteeri

Every mobility student should have a valid insurance. Students from the EU countries should also have the European Health Insurance Card.
