Documents that prove the legal grounds for non-attendance
Applicants admitted to SeAMK for degree studies need to submit the documents that prove the legal grounds for non-attendance by using the electronic form (see the link below). Submit the documents by the designated deadline.
You can access this electronic form only by logging in via Suomi.fi e-Identification with Finnish online banking credentials (e-identification must be enabled), a Finnish electronic ID-card or mobile certificate.

Mikäli olet ilmoittautunut poissaolevaksi lukuvuodelle 2023-2024, toimita poissaolon lakisääteisyyden todentava dokumentti annettuun määräaikaan mennessä. Lomakkeen täyttäminen edellyttää sähköistä tunnistautumista.
