THE ROLE
 We are looking for university students or recent graduates seeking genuine work experience, vocational placement, or an internship located in one of our Depots in Europe.
 As an Operations Intern, you’ll be representing our brand in person, providing our guests with world-class customer service as they start and finish road trips of a lifetime. If you enjoy challenges, meeting new people, and working in a fast-paced environment, this position might be your next step!

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
Customer Facing

Assist with check-ins and check-outs, provide guests with necessary information, and upsell road trip extras.
Ensure customers receive excellent service throughout their experience, helping with any questions or issues as they arise.
Operations Support

Prepare and verify campervans for use, ensuring they are clean, stocked, and ready for the next customer.
Support with fleet coordination, moving vehicles, managing stock, and ensuring operational areas are well-organised and stocked.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field looking for an internship.
Fluent in English, with a work permit and a valid driver's license (mandatory).
Thrive in international environments and enjoy meeting new cultures.
Natural talent for connecting with people and a strong customer service orientation.
A problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and comfort with hands-on work.
Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak-season schedules.
Ability to provide a learning agreement (curricular or extracurricular) from your university, confirming the internship is supported by the institution.
